About Love Has No Labels:

The Love Has No Labels campaign, created by R/GA, first launched nationally in 2015 with a video of skeletons dancing and embracing before coming out from behind an x-ray screen revealing themselves as diverse couples, friends and families. The initial video received more than 164 million views making it the second most viewed social activism video of all time and a 2016 Emmy for “Outstanding Commercial”—the first PSA to get this honor.

Since then the campaign has launched two new rounds of creative—We Are America with John Cena and Fans of Love with the NFL --to reach new audiences with its message: we all need to examine our own implicit biases.

She has served as Executive Vice President at ad agency Hill Holliday and has held a number of executive and senior level operating, marketing and advertising positions at Verizon Communications.

Lisa also serves as an Information and Entertainment Steward for the World Economic Forum, is a member of the IBM/The Weather Company’s Cognitive Media Council, is on the Advisory Board of TMI, the consulting arm of is on the Board of Trustees for God’s Love We Deliver. She is an inductee into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders and a Metzger-Conway fellow at her alma mater, Dickinson College. Lisa was also featured in a Harvard Business School case profile on authentic leadership and was a contributor to the book, “Uplifting Leaders (Who happen to be Women).”

Lisa has been recognized with a number of industry and community service awards, most recently named to Out Magazine’s 2017 Power 50 list, Ad Age’s “Women to Watch 2015,” Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC’s 2016 Public Service Award and named to the 2016 Responsible 100 List by City & State, an honor given to New York's most outstanding corporate citizens in recognition of personal and professional philanthropic contributions.
