Well-paid starting jobs can easily extend into careers for those with interest in computer sciences, marketing, creative, data and analytics, production and the Metaverse. What college degrees are appropriate and relevant to media and advertising sales? Are there job opportunities for those without a college degree but with specific interests and knowledge? What programs and resources are available to those who may know little about media and advertising and would like to learn more about opportunities in the business? Moderator Kimberly King, Vice-President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion -- Global Advertising & Partnerships, NBCUniversal and panelists Greg Regis, Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales & Partnerships at Warner Bros. DiscoveryLouis Carr, President Media Sales, BET;  Daphne Leroy, Senior Vice President, Advertising Strategy & Culture, Paramount, and  Alice Gogh, Senior Vice President Strategy, Innovation & Product, Captivate, offer answers to these questions and more.
