The primary skill that Celeste relied on when she started doesn't differ much from those she uses today: networking! Getting that foot in the door and eventually that seat at the table. "If you make it to the table, you deserve it!" she declares. "Use your seat wisely and speak up!" And then, yes, reach behind and bring another forward, and another and another. The momentum of doing so will be what helps women truly soar forward.
