Mower's very own fierce leader Christine Dougherty was recognized as a finalist in the 31st annual ATHENA Awards, a program hosted by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership to support, develop and honor women leaders in Western New York. Christine's passion for leadership and mentorship makes a meaningful impact both at Mower and in her local community.

As senior vice president and managing director of Mower in Buffalo, Christine leads overall business operations and strategic insight across the entire agency, developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies to drive organizational success. The other half of Christine's role is dedicated to leading the talent development efforts of Mower employees. Aligned with Christine's true passion for mentoring, she has worked to refine several strategic recruitment, retention and workplace engagement tactics designed to enhance Mower's workplace culture.

An active member of her community, Christine serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo and is an active American Advertising Federation (AAF) of Buffalo member. She is also a mentor through the Western New York Women's Foundation's Women Who Lead mentorship program.
