To help you ride summer's waves, sit back with a frosty one (lemonade, of course) and check out this creative-packed gallery of some of the finest out-of-home campaigns pumping heat this summer! If you were ever curious about what your pets do when you're not home, we have sniffed out the answer -- they take over Times Square. Nearly two blocks of prime real estate in NYC were dominated by Clifford-sized billboards for Universal Pictures’ The Secret Life of Pets, a feat so impressive that it made the local news.

The film's outdoor campaign not only took over Manhattan, but covered displays across the globe, including street furniture and transit ads in Ireland and Norway. Globe-trot our gallery below:
