Kasha Cacy, Known's Chief Media Officer, has always been a problem solver. "Throughout my career, I've always looked for things that can be done better," she explains during this WomenAdvancing interview. She got her start in an unusual way -- as a consultant for Accenture, which in those days essentially meant computer programming. Little did she know just how beautifully this skill would prepare her for the future.

As the world of media and agencies shifted from siloed departments to integrated machines of creativity, Kasha had a knack for staying ahead of the curve, implementing processes that would go on to become the agency's regular practice. Key to her success was the rallying query of "What data do I need and how can I get it fast?" versus "What data do I have?"

Being data-centric and yet narrative savvy is why Kasha is overseeing Known's proprietary AI driven system, Skeptic, in addition to growing Known's global media practice. The ability to effectively multitask is one of the key strengths that makes women such great leaders. "Women are able to widen the aperture zooming out to see the whole picture and then zooming back in with the best path forward," Kasha asserts.

Kasha shares what she believes to be the must-do recipe of actions for agencies to take in order to remain competitive. Watch the complete interview above. You can view all WomenAdvancing conversations at WomenAdvancing.org.
