This year's Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona from Feb. 27 through March 2.  It is the world's largest gathering for the mobile, telecom and IOT industries and is attended by over 101,000 people from 204 countries. Over 5,000 CEOs and representatives from 50-plus governments attend the event. This year the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things, the changing consumption of content and media by consumers, new and disruptive technology platforms and the impact of green energy powering the digital economy will be among the key themes.

MWC is the best venue for mobile, brand, media, IOT and telecom industry networking, new business development opportunities and deal making. The exhibition has more than 2,200 companies displaying the cutting-edge products and technologies that will define the future of mobile, IOT and customer experience.

This year's MWC pavilions will feature the Graphene, Green Tech, Innovation City, IOT, Cloud and Wearables areas. Alongside MWC, 4YFN (4 Years From Now) is the home of the tech startup community with 600 new startups exhibiting and over 700 investors and corporations searching for the next big idea at the Founders and Investors area.

GSMA programs include Women4Tech (a new program being introduced at MWC 2017) and the GSMA's Global Mobile Awards, the industry's leading stage for innovation, excellence and achievement. Throughout, the GSMA's prestigious Ministerial program will draw together the world's most influential telecommunication leaders to share ideas and debate in pursuit of connecting everyone to a better future.

Mobile World Congress is a must attend event for executives who want to understand the impact of technology on consumers behavior and the bottom line.
