On June 24 and 25, a select group of just over 100 media owners, executives and educators met at HBO’s in house theater at 42nd Street and 6th Avenue. They spent a day and a half listening to, and talking with, Dennis Crowley, co-founder of Foursquare, Laurel Touby, founder of Mediabistro.com, David Zaslav, President and CEO of Discovery Channel, Jason Young, CEO of Ziff Davis Media, Scott Karp, Co-founder of Publish2, Michael Duda, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Deutsch, and Adam Penenberg, NYU professor and author of Viral Loop, among many others.
