1. Each of the above media companies have millions of paid subscribers who are brand advocates of their numerous magazines. These subscribers cross many different interest levels such as beauty, fashion, travel, cooking, etc and cover all key major demos and age brackets. Many of these subscribers have had long term relationships with these companies and their brands.

2. In addition the magazines from these companies are continually capturing new consumers through their newsstand sales.

3. These magazine companies have huge data bases, E-mail addresses, etc. of most of their existing subscribers and even newsstand buyers. Plus millions of E-mail addresses.

4. Every one of their magazines already have existing Web sites and a growing market of APP customers.
