4. Oprah is continually evolving and changing to stay on top of all new and emerging consumer trends whether it be in the environment, politics, books, whatever.

5. Oprah does not take her success for granted and is humble enough to never show any sense of entitlement.

6. Oprah is constantly giving back to society around the world.

7. While the Oprah brand has many platforms; she is careful to not over extend herself or over promote herself. Each brand extension is unique and generates a strong consumer benefit.

8. Oprah constantly surprises people in a positive way that brings value to the consumer.

9. Oprah is constantly discovering new talent to add to her brand platform i.e. Nat Berkus.

10. Oprah has a designated brand protector; Gayle King who makes sure that rarely does anything ever happen that can tarnish the brand's image.
