Citi and interim Chief Marketing Officer Tina Davis are being inducted into the Advancing Diversity Hall of Honors during Advancing Diversity Week (Sept. 20-23), when the media and advertising community are rallying to grow together. Register and join us as we collectively focus on advancing media and advertising growth through diversity.

In Tina Davis' passion-filled Legends & Leaders conversation with Jack Myers, learn how Citi personifies the Advancing Diversity Week theme of "advancing inclusion to belonging." The company's global sponsorship of the Paralympics and para-athlete campaign focused on changing perceptions of people with disabilities, as well as its purpose-led Chosen Name program, making it the first major U.S. bank to offer transgender and non-binary people the ability to use their chosen name on credit cards, are just two examples of Citi's commitment and Tina's leadership in this space. Prior to being named interim CMO, Tina led Brand Storytelling/Advertising, Brand Standards, Visual Identity and Design, Content Platform and Purpose Marketing for Citi. She was instrumental in championing global integration across the enterprise, contributing to business growth and a significant increase in brand saliency. Additionally, Tina directly managed several of Citi's high-profile sponsorships including Citi Field, Presidents Cup, International Paralympic Committee, Citi Open, Harlem EatUp!, and cultural properties such as the NY Philharmonic, National Museum of African American Culture & History and Park Avenue Armory.

Early in her career, a manager advised Tina to "Let people see your light. Let them see you shine." She points to another mentor, Dan Wieden of Wieden & Kennedy agency, who "opened up my creative passion and energy." She explains, "Dan believed a good idea can come from anywhere and anyone. So, I don't look to the usual suspects for good creative ideas. I bring everyone into the process. I always want different voices at the table and that's why engaging younger generations is so important." Tina notes that Gen Z team members bring a unique perspective and interest in gaining experiences and learning about the industry, its values and commitment to diversity.

Tina's inspirational leadership reflects Citi's corporate commitment to social responsibility and show why the company and Tina are being inducted into the Advancing Diversity Hall of Honors.
