After just wrapping up season two of their hit Hulu series How I Met Your Father, stars Tien Tran and Suraj Sharma chat with us about what fans can expect to see in the double-size second season, how the cast's chemistry and trust is stronger than ever, and what it was like filming in front of a live studio audience for the first time for their season two finale.

"In season one, we had to push through a lot of plot and humor condensed into ten episodes," Tran explained. "But now that we have twenty, there's so much more room to breathe, there's more room to play and the emotional arcs of all of our characters have a nice slow burn to them. You'll get to see a lot of fun pairings."

"In the beginning, we liked each other. Now, there's trust," Sharma explained. "We just did episode twenty in front of a live audience. To feel the synchronicity amongst everybody, being part of the same team, and luckily for me most of my scenes were with this person." Sharma said gesturing toward Tran. "It was epic."

Though Tran has had many appearances in film and television, she comes from a stand-up and sketch comedy background and went on to compare those experiences to the sitcom. "I've performed in front of audiences before, but this was hands down, truly, one of the best live experiences I've ever had," Tran said. "It was so amazing to watch my castmates and the crew level up in front of this crowd. It was truly a special moment."
