Hanna Gryncwajg has been RLTV‘s Senior Vice President Advertising Sales since July 2011. She is responsible for leading advertising sales, content creation and strategic sales opportunities for RLTV and rl.tv. She is currently co-chair of an independent cable network consortium being created as a private marketplace to compete for audience-based TV budgets.
Prior to joining RLTV, Ms. Gryncwajg, a media veteran, served as Chief Revenue Officer at Plum TV, where she led revenue strategies for the business, built the national sales infrastructure and developed multiplatform sales solutions for blue chip advertisers, which included custom programming and integration programs.
Ms. Gryncwajg’s career experience encompasses leadership roles in strategic planning, revenue growth, integrated sales, sales operations, business development, forecasting/modeling, and brand integration for NBC Universal Cable Group (Bravo), Rainbow Networks (AMC and WE tv), and the Turner Broadcasting Group (TBS and TNT).
Ms. Gryncwajg’s background also includes building successful digital businesses for emerging media start-ups including Technorati where she introduced conversational marketing solutions (social Media) and OnSpot Digital Networks a DOOH network.
In her earlier career, she held sales and management positions at Turner Broadcasting, Viacom and at Fox’s affiliate KTTV in Los Angeles.
