In this video podcast episode of MFMInSites' "Dear Expert" series, Sally Buckman talks with Janet Stilson about the many important aspects of what is required.

Buckman is Manager of the law firm Lerman Senter, PLLC. She has been advising clients about FCC matters for over 30 years. Stilson is Editor of MediaVillage Knowledge Exchange.
