Monique Nelson's story is unique in any industry, but especially in the advertising business where she is Chair and CEO of Uniworld Group (UWG), the world's largest and most successful multicultural advertising agency. Although UWG operates within the WPP family, it retains its rights as a Black-owned company with WPP holding only 49% ownership.
