“Dentsu Aegis Network realizes just striving for inclusivity isn’t enough to achieve meaningful change, we must also be actively Anti-Racist. We have an obligation to take a critical look at our practices and behavior, and then do the work to create sustainable equity for our Black and POC colleagues. We are having open and transparent discussions with our employees and are working together to build plans to create a truly equitable workplace, absent of discrimination, racism, or bias.
