Jenn Renoe (she/her) is an Associate Media Director at Publicis Health Media in New York City. As a transgender woman, she works to advocate on behalf of her transgender siblings in professional settings as both a writer and speaker, contributing to both Ad Age and ADWEEK and appearing at SXSW, Cannes Lions, Advancing Diversity Week and speaking to companies across the country as the founder of Raised Change Gender Diversity Consultancy. Recently she was recognized for her efforts when she was named to the OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders list in January.
