Kate is the Content Manager and Gen Z expert at RippleMatch, an automated recruiting assistant for early career hiring. Prior to joining RippleMatch, Kate founded and ran Fresh U, a national publication for college freshmen. While leading Fresh U, Kate worked with hundreds of students and established her Gen Z expertise, speaking during Advertising Week and on corporate panels. Now at RippleMatch, she hopes to bring this conversation into the workplace.
