
Lee’s leadership approach is inspired by Sherpas. In 2012, after returning from Mt Everest, he joined BMW Group, focused on growing MINI, which became a Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brand.
Nadler started his career at a leading WPP promotion agency, launching the first internet service Prodigy. In 1992, he joined Kirshenbaum & Bond, launching Snapple. In 1996, Nadler became a digital pioneer as the first CMO for DoubleClick, the leading Digital Marketing company now owned by Google.
In 1999, Nadler honed his entrepreneurial spirit, funds and passion to build an innovative agency, Digital Pulp. In 2002, Lee founded Sherpa Marketing, Inc. with clients such as BMW, NYC (successfully bidding to host the Super Bowl) and Gilt Groupe. He has been CMO for eMusic and RideMakerz.
Nadler currently is a member of the Executive Board for the Advertising Club and a proud member of MediaVillage Leaders & Legends.
