Patrick has over 13 years of professional experience in software development and software architecture. Most recently, Patrick served as the VP Technology for Inertia Beverage Group, a software-as-a-service company dedicated to the wide distribution and frictionless sales of wine. As Director of Engineering with Acquire Systems, he led the design and implementation of a content-based monitoring platform used by Chase, Visa/MasterCard and Nielsen//Netratings, among others. Patrick started his professional career with Bankers’ Trust, where he was part of a group that developed a patented technology for issuing risk-bearing digital certificates using highly-secure cryptographic techniques.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in both English and Computer Science from Oberlin College.
