Group Director of Strategy
With more than 15 years of media experience, Sonya joined PHD in May 2008. Prior to PHD, Sonya held leadership roles on the agency media teams of Dell and Oracle. In addition to technology, Sonya has extensive experience with packaged goods. She started her career working on P&G and Bayer, and spent a significant portion in the client media departments of SC Johnson and Coca-Cola. Experience on both the agency and client side have given Sonya a unique understanding of how to exceed client expectations and see the bigger picture of how a media plan contributes to a client's marketing objectives.
Sonya also brings a knowledge of all media types through her experience and an education that includes a bachelor's and master's degree in advertising. Her passion for media and curiosity to keep learning ensure that a client's media dollars are spent on the best available opportunities.
