Abby Luther recently joined the PHD Digital team as PHD’s Director of Digital Marketplaces. In this role she is responsible for defining, developing and managing PHD’s data driven digital capabilities and oversees the PHD’s Search and Trading Desk solution, Accuen. Abby is helping to craft the future of PHD Digital through a lens of driving increased accountability, precision, and targeting.
Abby Luther started her digital career as a early member of Omnicom Media Group’s solely owned search agency Resolution Media which she joined in 2005, immersing herself in nearly all aspects of the company’s operations including production and campaign management, business development, client development and marketing. During her tenure Abby had the opportunity to develop cross platform digital solutions for some of OMG’s largest enterprise clients search efforts including HP, Dell and Lowe’s. In 2008 Abby lead the effort to consolidate OMG’s global search solution across EMEA, AMS and APAC to support the consolidation of HP’s global search program. Abby focused her time developing processes to improve cross-regional and in-market communication, ensure search was fully integrated into HP’s broader media portfolio, and develop the global infrastructure that enabled regional and in-market teams focus on execution.
Abby started her career in retail working for Gap Inc. as in product management and planning. Abby graduated from Indiana University with dual majors in Marketing and Management and a minor in Psychology. Abby spends her free time hitting up live shows and traveling to remote whenever she gets the chance. Currently she is getting ready to climb Kilimanjaro in February.
