Chris Poindexter has served as General Counsel for Cadent for nine years. Prior to joining Cadent, he worked in the Advertising and Media Group at Davis & Gilbert LLP, a law firm serving the marketing communications industry. Previously, Chris was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.
