Judy Courtney is Vice President, Human Resources, New York Interconnect. Judy is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in various HR roles across numerous industries. She has divided her career between both Business Partner and Leadership Development functions, with a focus on transformation through leadership and building cultures of engagement and innovation.
As the Human Resources executive at the NY Interconnect, she has been building the HR function in all areas, developing and guiding the culture, systems and processes required to shape this new organization.
Prior to joining NYI, Judy was the Vice President/Senior Business Partner at AlticeUSA, supporting all sales organizations as they experienced extraordinarily rapid change and transformation.
