Kathy drives our best-in-class strategic approach to create intersections between people’s desires and brands’ trajectories. As Global Chief Strategy Officer, she partners with local markets and global client leadership to train talent, build capabilities and improve our product on clients’ behalf. She has written the playbook for predictive desire lines, tapping modern data sources to understand consumers’ changing habits in real time.
Additionally, Kline oversees our Product Acceleration Team, a global group that XXX and evaluates our best in class product for Starcom across the network. Prior to joining Starcom in 2005, Kline spent 15 years as a researcher and account planner at advertising agency Leo Burnett, where she leveraged her consumer insights skills to build brands for clients such as McDonald’s, Allstate, Pillsbury, Fruit of the Loom and American Girl.
