Michael Atkin has a professional marketing and media career spanning more than 40 years. He’s held senior management positions on both the agency and the advertiser sides of the street. While CMO at Lands’ End, he was a digital media pioneer, pushing through the first website ever to sell apparel on the Internet. On the agency side, Mike managed media planning, buying, systems and research for blue chip clients in every major advertising category, and spearheaded the creation of channel planning tools that evaluate digital media on the same strategic footing as traditional platforms. He is a partner at Drexler Fajen & Partners, as well as heading his own marketing consulting practice, Michael Atkin Communications.
