Philippe-Antoine is the majority shareholder and Co-Founder of Missive, a collaboration-driven email client. A natural entrepreneur, Philippe has been innovating and building profitable, bootstrapped ventures since his teenage years. His entrepreneurial journey began in high school, where he launched video game websites, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars while still a student. As his interests evolved, he expanded into organizing industry-related events and founded his hometown’s first co-working space, l’Abri.co, which became a meeting point for future business partners.
It was at l’Abri.co where he met his co-founders, Rafael (CTO) and Etienne (Chief of Product). Together, they launched Conference Badge, a venture that was later acquired by Tiny in 2023 (ref : X - Andrew Wilkinson). Building on this success, the team leveraged the tools they had developed for Conference Badge to create Missive—an innovative email client designed to enhance collaboration and streamline operations.
Philippe’s dedication to product excellence and his disciplined approach to growth, without relying on external funding, has propelled Missive into an 8M$ ARR business, serving 4100+ businesses.
Outside of his professional achievements, Philippe is a devoted husband and father of four. An avid learner and sports enthusiast, he enjoys hockey, rugby, and recently completed an ambitious backpacking adventure in the wild of Quebec National Parks.
