Pooja Midha is a general management executive with more than 20 years of experience across TV, streaming, and advertising technology.
She is currently Executive in Residence at LUMA Partners and a board member at Combe, a privately held global personal care company. Previously, Pooja served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar P&L and leading a team of more than 3,000 employees. She also held senior leadership roles at Comcast Advertising, true[X], Disney, Viacom, and Dow Jones & Company.
Pooja serves on the boards of She Runs It and IRTS, two nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing equity.
