A major theme at the She Runs It July 2016 Stages Summit was finding passion both in and out of the office. Indeed, some attendees were left wondering what happens if they have yet to discover their passions. Pam El, CMO of the NBA, asked that question rhetorically when she addressed the crowd. (She Runs It was formerly known as AWNY -- Advertising Women of New York.)

Pam has many passions, from decorating to country music to sports to marketing. Yet finding the job that would allow her to make a living from one or more of her passions took time. In this video, Pam’s enthusiasm and energy inspires everyone to get out and go discover the things that excite and motivate them.
