Brandon Fischer is Director, Predictive Insights at GroupM Next, the innovation division of GroupM that offers thought leadership, industry perspective, operational support and scalable business solutions to GroupM agencies (Maxus, MEC, Mediacom and Mindshare). In this role, Brandon manages a team of analysts whose primary objective is the innovation and development of advanced analytics and analysis for emerging media channels.
The analyses that his team develops are specifically targeted to help account teams optimize their campaigns within the media channel. He is also responsible for overseeing the integration of Predictive Insights analyses into GroupM Next Synthesis, the proprietary, fully-automated, online advanced analytics suite for GroupM.
Starting off at Anheuser-Busch in the Consumer Hospitality Group, Brandon has been in the industry for over 7 years, and has held a number of positions with GroupM Next. Brandon joined the GroupM Next team in 2008 as an Analytics Manager, where he conducted and lead search analytics for clients in the automotive, CPG, finance, pharmaceutical, technology, telecom and travel industries. Advancing through subsequent positions as Senior Analytics Manager and Manager of Predictive Insights, Brandon is now a Partner and the Director of Predictive Insights.
After attending Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science, Mathematics with a major in Statistics and a minor in Finance. He was also a finalist for an ECHO award for his work with the Sprint Prepaid Group, which focused on the interaction of social media and search. Brandon is also involved in continual fundraising for the National MS Society and has participated in the MS 150 Bike Tour twice. He plans on continuing to participate and fundraise for this organization every year.
