Surprising Result: Kasha’s agnostic approach has provided value to her clients well beyond the world of media and she has been invaluable in translating between all the disciplines working with her clients in order to harness their collective power to deliver surprising business results.
As the US Director of Communications Planning, Kasha is responsible for building and leading UM’s communications planning practice across the US and identifying relevant and engaging ways of connecting brands with consumers.
Kasha recently joined UM and has over 15 years experience working with the world’s leading global brands including Intel, IBM, AT&T, Sony and Samsung. She is recognized as a respected leader in the marketing communications field.
Prior to UM, Kasha led the Strategic Communications Planning group on the Global IBM account at Ogilvy. Her group was responsible for all brand and communications planning across all IBM business units and covered all channels including traditional advertising, direct marketing and interactive. Prior to this, she worked at Wunderman, as the Strategic Planning Director, where she led strategy for clients such as AT&T, Priceline.com and Club Med.
Kasha started her career at Accenture working with marketing organizations to improve their operations by implementing the systems, processes and organizations to dramatically improve customer relationship marketing.
