In a long, varied career as a writer and editor across a wide range of fields, Rich has penned articles for magazines, newspapers and the internet; non-fiction and coffee-table books; marketing and advertising copy for print, web and radio; book, film and television reviews; humor pieces, comedy sketches and more.
Prior to spending much of the past two decades as a travel writer and blogger for a leading international tour operator, Rich served as an editor of children’s books, education marketing programs, and a variety of websites. He has authored books on topics ranging from 20th-century trains and motorcycles to legends of the American West, and the learning guides for films including Apollo 13, Dances With Wolves and Schindler’s List and Ken Burns’ Baseball and Jazz.
