Todd Steinman is CEO of M80, a leading provider of social media marketing and digital publicity services to Fortune 500 brands. Todd oversees the company and its services, including social network channel management, conversation marketing, social listening and analysis, engagement optimization, influencer outreach, video seeding and content syndication. Over the past ten years, Todd has directed hundreds of online marketing programs for clients like Audi, GSK, Macy's, Microsoft, HSBC and Warner Bros.
Prior to M80, Steinman served as Vice President and General Manager of Media & Entertainment for, a global internet services firm (now). His blend of technical expertise, website development experience and strategic planning skills enabled him to help foremost publishing, broadcast, filmed entertainment and music companies identify and develop successful digital business solutions.
Steinman began his career at Warner Bros. Records, where he became Vice President, New Media and Marketing. In 1993, he put Warner Bros. Records on the map as the first record label online. Todd founded the company's new media department and was the very first person in the music industry to have a position dedicated to the internet. He developed and managed the company's online presence including highly trafficked artist sites (Madonna, Tom Petty, Van Halen, Red Hot Chili Peppers), digital communication, and e-commerce. Todd managed strategic partnerships with technology companies, content providers and internet portals and was a founding partner of Warner Bros. Online.
Todd is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
