Video: NBCUniversal's Linda Yaccarino -- The Energy To Transform

At the She Runs It Stages Summit in Chicago this past July industry leaders were invited to engage the audience in open and honest conversation -- empowering women at all stages in their careers.

Linda Yaccarino, NBCU’s Chairman of Advertising Sales and Client Partnerships, opened up about her first year at NBCU, which was daunting and, at times, very lonely. She found motivation in some wise words from Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels and realized that no matter what, the show must go on.
