What can we learn from Annie Edson Taylor, aka “Queen of the Mist”? At She Runs It’s Stages Summit last July, Mondelez CMO Dana Anderson spoke on the audaciousness of Annie Edson Taylor who in 1901 -- and at 63 years of age -- became the first person to survive going over Niagara Falls in a  barrel.

She Runs It (formerly AWNY) hosted the media, marketing and communications communities in Chicago for the Stages Summit, a day of empowerment for women at all stages of their careers. Dana’s address to the audience inspired the power of “audacious doing” as she told the true, harrowing story of Annie Edson Taylor.
