Esteban Ribero is Senior Vice President, Planning and Insights at Performics. A self-professed "behavior architect,” he combines behavioral science with marketing best practices and systems thinking to connect people to ideas, experiences and brands.
Esteban is a creative strategist, a psychologist and a systems thinker. He loves connecting with people, sharing ideas, and learning from others.
Prior to joining Performics, Esteban was a Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at Egg Strategy, a leading innovation and brand strategy consulting firm. After working in strategic planning positions at TBWA, PHD, and Leo Burnett/Lapiz for more than 12 years he left the agency world to work as the VP of Analytics and Insights at Luminar Insights -a Big Data analytics start-up. He is happy to be back to the agency world taking Intent-Based Planning to the next level and further establishing Performics as the leader in performance marketing.
Esteban holds a MA in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, a Graduate Certificate in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Psychology from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia. He has also taken numerous continued education courses in Behavioral Economics, Digital Marketing and Big Data from Yale, VCU and MIT. His new educational adventure is a Master of Science in Data Science at Northwestern University where he is currently enrolled.
