Jonathon Scott Feit is President & CEO of the Feit Family Ventures Corporation, a diversified, mission-driven entrepreneurial company.
Feit Experimental Ventures is dedicated to developing groundbreaking biomedical technologies that facilitate health and wellbeing. Two key projects are ongoing; (1) SOMNION Custom Dream Stimulation, a revolutionary device that generates dreams for military, therapeutic, educational, and entertainment applications; and (2) MediView, a Web-based platform for integrating doctors from developed nations into the “Third World ,” where their expertise is sorely needed.
Feit Publishing Ventures is a new media publisher and consultancy. As Chief Editor & Publisher of With This Ring and Citizen Culture magazines, and the "EQUALITY MEDIA Newsletter Jonathon remains the youngest member of the American Society of Magazine Editors and is a member of the National Press Club. In August 2007, he was recruited by "Digital Driver" by the Magazine Publishers of America for working to further the digital publishing industry. His publishing industry analyses have been featured in the Media Industry Newsletter, FOLIO: magazine, the Journal of Media & Religion, and on mediabistro.com and CNBC.
Jonathon's pioneering contributions to the field of "neurotheology"—the search for a brain region attuned to religion—have been delivered before theAmericanAcademy of Religion and published in the Bulletin of the Council of Societies for the Study of Religion.
Jonathon holds a Combined Bachelor's and Master's degree cum laude in "Psychology, Religion, & Conflict Negotiations" fromBostonUniversity . In 2005, his alma mater appointed him as the youngest member of the Faculty of the renowned College of Communication.
He has trained in negotiations at the Boston University School of Management, in mediation at the top-rated Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law, and in 2007 was the youngest graduate of the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
