Ed Martin is editorial advisor of MyersBizNet and its TV/Video Download platform. He's also the chief television and content critic for MediaVillage. He has written about television and internet programming for several Myers publications since 2000, including The Myers Report, The Myers Programming Report, MediaBizBloggers and TV/Video Download on MediaVillage. He is also the current president of the Critics Choice Association's TV branch and has been a member of the Television Critics Association since 1990.

Earlier in his career, Ed was publicity director for the independent feature film production and distribution company Vestron Pictures, where he orchestrated publicity campaigns and produced electronic press kits for dozens of movies, including the Academy Award-winning classic Dirty Dancing.
