Juan Ayala is a Brooklyn-based entertainment journalist, podcast producer and host and serves as MediaVillage's Director of Content Management. In 2020, he launched his first podcast Actors With Issues, a "self-help podcast for actors, by actors" featuring guests from TV, Film and Broadway, which has since published over 200 episodes. In 2021, he launched Multicultural TV Talk, a video/podcast series that highlighted on-screen and creative talent with discussions centered on diversity and representation in entertainment. The series was rebranded in 2023 to Multicultural InSites as a platform to feature roundtable conversations with industry leadership commemorating historic and cultural heritage months throughout the year. Juan is a member of SAG-AFTRA and the Critics Choice Association.
